The Site
The Site is operated by AWFixer as a personal / project site for sharing updates, writing, and contact information. Features may change, and we may add or remove content or functionality at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any related system without authorization;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site;
- use automated means (such as bots or scrapers) in a way that overloads the Site or bypasses technical limits, except as allowed by public search engines for indexing public pages; or
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms are violated.
Accounts
If the Site offers sign-in or accounts, you are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use via the Contact page.
Intellectual property
Content on the Site (text, images, layout, branding, and code as presented) is owned by AWFixer or used with permission, unless otherwise noted. You may view and share links to public pages in the ordinary way; you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without prior written permission, except where allowed by law (for example fair use or fair dealing).
Open-source or separately licensed materials may be published under their own licenses; see project repositories or notices where applicable.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party sites or services (including authentication providers and analytics). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.
Disclaimers
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Nothing on the Site is professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). For decisions that matter, consult a qualified professional.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AWFixer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us (if any) for use of the Site in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify AWFixer against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
